ESP Development Log [02/07/09] – [ESP1]

Wow, haven’t updated this log in ages, as you’ve already guessed by now, busy busy and cutting deep into the hours I’m supposed to be sleeping, but that’s old news, the good news is that I’m still alive and have some feedback on how phase three (also known as ESP1) is going.

What makes ESP1 and onwards different than the previous sets of binaural beats I’ve been testing out?

The synchronization track from phase one helped to synchronize my left and right brain halves and in developing new neuron connections, in phase two Schumann’s resonance was used to lower my brain into a meditative state that will serve as a grounding state to go back into if something were to go wrong. Phase three which is called ESP1 is where the fun starts; higher frequencies will be used from this phase and onwards to achieve Extra Sensory Perception.

Started with three consecutive sessions, at first the back of my head felt like it was ripping out.
I persevered and ended up with a really nasty migraine. As always, I was busy coding something even though it was a public holiday.
At first my hands started getting heavier and heavier, then I slowly began to lose feeling in my fingers followed by my hands becoming non-responsive.
I kept on going to see what would happen next.
My right arm all the way from the shoulder to the tips of my fingers went dead up to the point where I was no longer able to associate my right arm with myself, it felt like somebody else’s arm and hand sitting there on the keyboard next to my left hand. The more I looked at it, the more convinced I became that it was not my arm or hand. After the third session, I felt like puking and banging my head against the wall, everything inside my head felt like it was expanding and trying to crack open my skull from the inside out.
I wanted to push further, but decided to call it a day and went to bed to get some decent sleep.

Woke up perfectly refreshed with no sign of migraines, only a bit tired.
Was sitting and writing code while listening to ESP1 when all of a sudden a massive headache started developing (yay, here we go again). It was not like a regular headache or the thumping type of headache usually associated with a migraine, it felt more like my head was going to split right open in the middle from all the force pulling on my skull (the previous day this sensation was only at the back of my skull, this time my whole head felt like this). Eventually I closed my eyes as I lost control over my eyelids; in front of me at first was a grid of dots, the dots started moving further apart and all of a sudden I was flying. It literally felt like I was flying (the feeling you get when a plane lifts of the ground) and accelerating at an exponential rate followed by the smudging of colours all around me as I was going faster and faster. It felt like eternity. When the flying reached a speed where everything became just a blur, I blacked out, a few seconds later I got back to the “real” world and felt extremely tired.

Was browsing and replying on a forum while listening to ESP1 when all of a sudden things went haywire; as a child I was extremely dyslexic and couldn’t even spell my own name (referring to my first name) without getting the letters mixed up, writing them back to front or even upside down. While reading the forum, it became harder and harder to read, my reading speed decreased rapidly up to the point where the more I read something, the more I misunderstood it or took it out of context. When I tried to reply, I found it extremely hard to spell, had to type my reply in a text file, do a thorough language and spell check and reread it several times. Even after all this, it was still filled with lots of blunders, repeated words, repeated sentences, words with the letters swapped around so badly that it forms new words that passes the spell check and missing words which made the sentence hard to read even though it made perfect sense to me at that time.
Even after stopping the track, I still found it hard to read and interpret road signs, the meaning of traffic lights, speed limits, etc. Had to drive really slow when on the road until it all came back to me.

Also on this day, I decided to use what I’ve learned from my reading up on Quantum Touch and give somebody in need a session of Quantum Touch. I’ve never done this before and to make things more complicated, I’ve never met the person and the person would be a 1000+ kilometers away from me. So off I went to see if I can heal somebody using nothing but energy I’ve never felt in any other form than light prickles or mild magnetic fields resisting my hands from touching each other.

30 minutes before the session, I quickly studied the absolute basics of Quantum Touch (skipping the boring parts of the book) to see if I can master this healing technique in one night. I then went on to lit a candle in a dark room to help me reach an intense level of focus (a form of candle meditation that also helps with ESP).
The next 30 minutes consisted of raising my energy levels, the idea is to raise my own frequency and energy level to a frequency where rapid healing can occur and then latch the patient onto the same frequency to achieve rapid healing.
At first nothing happened, then a light prickle in my hands which rapidly escalated to needle like pricks on my hands, my feet started getting the same prickling sensation and all of a sudden, my whole body was buzzing / vibrating at some arbitrary frequency. It felt like I was in a microwave being bombarded with electrons, my body started heating up, the candle started flickering, I was no longer able to sit down and focus on the candle, something was pushing me upwards. When eventually I was standing on my two feet, a force started developing between my two hands which was slowly pushing my hands further and further apart. The force increased and increased until my hands were a meter apart (and unable to move closer to each other) after which my fingers started bending backwards as I was losing control over the amount of energy / force building up and my fingers were also pulling away from each other feeling like they are going to break off or rip out at any moment in time. My feet started losing contact with the ground (I was barefoot and that’s what it felt like, since it was dark, I can’t confirm if it really happened). I was being pushed backwards by this huge force until I fell backwards on my bed completely dizzy while shaking and shivering and still feeling the intensity of the energy / force in the room pushing me down.

I was able to visualize my patient and apply the energy healing to the parts where I believe it was needed just like one would do during a normal session when the patient is present. I actually managed to get feedback from the visualized body on where healing was needed and was able to get a vague idea of other ailments that were also present, but since I lost control of the energy, the healing only lasted for the night and my patient slowly deteriorated to the condition I tried to heal the next day.

My whole body was exhausted after this intense experience.

I’ve started getting used to the track, the headaches are gone and the dyslexia is also rapidly fading as my brain is reconnecting everything it used to know.

20-06-09 – 24-06-09

Started listening to the track between 23h00 and 03h00 (the next morning), it feels like my whole body is getting tense during the first half of the track followed by a drowsiness during which time feels like it’s standing still, the last quarter of the track then suddenly pulls me back to reality with my heart palpitating from the paranormal trip of timelessness. It’s quite rough on the body to be pulled in and out of this state several times a night.
During this time I started having problems with either my left or right ear just blanking out at random leaving me off balance for extended periods of times.

The track doesn’t have the same strong side effects it used to; except for a bit of insomnia, I’m back to normal. The track continues to pull me in and out of a state of blackout and causes a bit of memory loss here and there. While working on seven different screens of code, I would suddenly lose focus, hands would go heavy and a beautiful pieces of code suddenly becomes code code code fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj uuuuuuuuuuuuu xxxxxxx … and since my editor of choice is vim, it really messes up the code when you start pressing random keys and holding them down (each key in vim has a function, h j k l for example is your arrows key, x deletes a character, u is for undo, etc). When I snap back into it, I literally twitch in a spastic movement upright then realizing that I have no idea what I was busy with. As soon as I figured out what I was busy with and cleaned up the code, I would snap back into a state of nothingness where I can see, feel, hear, taste and smell but am unable to interpret or respond to those impulses and the random repeated keystrokes continue to plague my code. A nice handicap on productivity I might add.

When I close my eyes, I see faces (some of them aren’t human), when I “zoom out”, I can see places, it’s still vague, but there’s definitely something there.

29-06-09

This is really weird, when looking at code or text, I can instantly identify a picture in the text as if the text was created around that image, large screens of text becomes artwork with famous people’s faces, landscapes or just random objects making itself present in the code. In 6.8 million lines of code, you can see a lot of images, it’s like having a massive art gallery stored in text.

30-06-09

I’m being suspended between sleeping and being awake while listening to the track in the morning hours, I can’t fall asleep but at the same time can’t wake up and a few minutes feels like an eternity. If somebody tries to wake me (so I can go sleep in my bed instead of in my office chair), it goes unnoticed, unless the track has ended and it was not on repeat. If I do notice the interruptions, everything in between is just a blank and it feels like I’m constantly being bothered even though there’s usually an hour or more between one interruption and the next. Experiencing the law of relativity is a lot different than reading about it in a book. Otherwise I’m getting used to ESP1, almost time for ESP2!!!

Just the sort of info I’ve been looking for! I’m still reasonably new to binaural beats.

  2. brainwave says:

From what I see, there is a number of unique technologies out there; brainwave entrainment, binuaral beats, isochronic tones, but I don’t really know the difference between these. Could you help at all?

  3. Re@PeR says:

Binarual beats are a sort of brainwave entrainment. Binaural beats uses different frequencies in each ear to produce frequencies in the brain that are otherwise not audible. Entrainment is simply syncing your brain with a certain frequency, lower frequencies are used for relaxation or meditation purposes and higher frequencies for psychic or paranormal phenomena.
Isotronic also falls under entrainment, but uses a different technique to deliver the entrainment. Isotonic delivers the sound out of phase and affirmations can be embedded into these. Also, where binaural beats require headphones, isochronic tones can be delivered via normal speakers assuming the volume is loud enough that the person can hear sounds clearly.
