Construction Equipment reached the top, are you there yet?

I guess I’m probably the only one who finds this picture inspirational. A dumb piece of machinery carefully maneuvered to the top by a skilled driver. The question remains, who and what is driving you to reach the top, and once you reach the top, do you give something in return to show your appreciation?
